Opportunity Stage Journey

Build a credible story around where opportunities actually traveled over time. The report uses parent stage groups, filters out short accidental movements, and keeps mass updates visible so account managers can trust the number they present.

Default hygiene

If an opportunity sits in a stage for less than 1 hour, that brief stop is treated as a likely correction and removed from the path.

Bulk update flags

When 25 or more opportunities change stages in the same hour for one client, the batch is flagged. AMs can include it or exclude it from counts.

Match style

The path is matched in order. Orthodontic detours are allowed by default, so Observation to Started Treatment still matches when Pending happened between them.

Last stage change includes opportunities with a stage movement in the selected window. Created at uses the original opportunity creation date.

Min. stage dwell Default is ≥ 1 hour

Count orthodontic detours Observation to Started Treatment still matches when Pending, No Show, or another meaningful stage happened between them. Exclude bulk batches from counts Flagged opportunities remain visible as review-only rows, but are removed from the headline count.
